Cookies and analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity, a website analytics service, to understand how visitors use the site (which pages are viewed, where people click and scroll, and recordings of how each page is used) so we can keep improving it. Clarity only loads if you click Accept on the cookie bar, and our lawful basis for it is your consent. Until you accept, or if you click Reject, nothing from Clarity or Microsoft runs on this site.

If you accept, Clarity sets two analytics cookies on this site, named "_clck" and "_clsk", which link your page views and visits together. Microsoft may also set its own cookies on its Clarity and Bing domains. This information is processed for us by Microsoft, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

You can change your mind at any time: use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page to bring the cookie bar back. If you withdraw your consent, Clarity stops and its cookies are removed from this site. We remember your choice in your browser's local storage so the bar does not keep asking. We use no advertising cookies.

We also count visits without cookies or storing anything on your device.

The contact form

When you send the project form, your name, email, business and message are passed to our website host (Netlify) and emailed to us. We use them only to reply to you, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

When you email us

• We use what you send only to reply and to talk about your project.
• We never sell it or share it for marketing.
• You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold at any time.

Your rights

You have rights under UK data protection law. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
